Privacy policy.

Short version: no accounts, no forms, no tracking of our own. The only third parties are our host and, on the home page, Google's ad network.

This policy covers fratic.io (fratic.io), published by S.C. FRATIC S.R.L. (“Fratic”, “we”). It explains what we do with data and what we do not do.

Who we are

S.C. FRATIC S.R.L., a Romanian company (CUI 54343334, Reg. Com. J2026020007003), Str. Seneslav Voievod 43, Sector 2, București, România. We are the data controller for anything described on this page. Write to contact@fratic.io for any question about your data.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you, on our side. fratic.io has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics of our own. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, location, or any identifier for our own use.

Settings stored in your browser

Your preferences and anything you create on the page (for example theme, language, drafts) are kept in your browser's local storage so the site can bring them back. This data stays on your device. We never receive it. You can remove it by clearing site data for fratic.io in your browser settings. Your choice of light or dark theme is also kept in a cookie, described under Cookies below.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, request headers, timestamps) to deliver the pages and to protect against abuse, on our behalf and under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We show one ad banner from Google AdSense to fund the site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. Depending on your consent, ads may be personalized based on your visits to this and other websites.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any advertising cookie is set. Until you agree, ads are non-personalized. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings link in the footer.

Cookies

fratic.io sets one cookie of its own, named “fratic-theme”. It holds only the word “light” or “dark”, is set when you choose a theme with the theme button, and lets fratic.io and its sub-sites (such as accents.fratic.io) open in the theme you chose. It contains no identifier, is not used for advertising or tracking, and expires a year after your last visit at the latest. Your browser sends it with page requests, like any cookie; we use it for nothing but the theme. You can delete it in your browser settings.

All other cookies come from Google AdSense, as described above, and only after you consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or erase personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to hand it over in a portable format. Write to contact@fratic.io; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or to the authority in your own country. Requests about advertising data are best directed to Google through the links above, because we never hold that data ourselves.

Children

fratic.io is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes

We update this page and the date at the top when the site's data handling changes.

Ce colectăm

Nimic care să te identifice, din partea noastră. fratic.io nu are conturi, autentificare sau analytics propriu. Nu colectăm numele, adresa de e-mail, locația sau vreun identificator pentru uzul nostru.

Setări păstrate în browser

Preferințele tale și ce creezi pe pagină (de exemplu tema, limba, ciornele) sunt păstrate în stocarea locală a browserului, ca site-ul să le poată aduce înapoi. Aceste date rămân pe dispozitivul tău. Noi nu le primim niciodată. Le poți șterge din setările browserului, la datele site-ului fratic.io. Alegerea temei, luminoasă sau întunecată, este păstrată și într-un cookie, descris mai jos la Cookie-uri.

Găzduire

Site-ul este livrat de Cloudflare. Cloudflare prelucrează date tehnice de conexiune (adresa IP, antetele cererii, momentul cererii) ca să livreze paginile și să le protejeze de abuz, în numele nostru și conform propriei politici de confidențialitate. Temei legal: interesul nostru legitim de a avea un site sigur.

Publicitate (Google AdSense)

Afișăm un banner publicitar de la Google AdSense ca să susținem site-ul. Google, ca furnizor terț, folosește cookie-uri și tehnologii similare pentru a livra reclame. În funcție de consimțământul tău, reclamele pot fi personalizate pe baza vizitelor tale pe acest site și pe alte site-uri.

Dacă ne vizitezi din Spațiul Economic European, Regatul Unit sau Elveția, îți cerem consimțământul înainte de orice cookie publicitar. Până accepți, reclamele sunt nepersonalizate. Îți poți schimba alegerea oricând din linkul Setări de confidențialitate din subsol.

Cookie-uri

fratic.io setează un singur cookie propriu, numit „fratic-theme”. Conține doar cuvântul „light” sau „dark”, este setat când alegi o temă din butonul de temă și face ca fratic.io și sub-site-urile lui (de exemplu accents.fratic.io) să se deschidă în tema aleasă de tine. Nu conține niciun identificator, nu este folosit pentru publicitate sau urmărire și expiră cel târziu la un an de la ultima ta vizită. Browserul îl trimite împreună cu cererile de pagină, ca pe orice cookie; noi nu îl folosim pentru nimic altceva decât tema. Îl poți șterge din setările browserului.

Toate celelalte cookie-uri vin de la Google AdSense, cum am descris mai sus, și doar după ce ți-ai dat consimțământul.

Drepturile tale

Conform GDPR, ne poți cere accesul la datele personale, corectarea sau ștergerea lor, restricționarea prelucrării sau opoziția la aceasta, precum și predarea lor într-un format portabil. Scrie la contact@fratic.io; răspundem în cel mult o lună. Poți depune și o plângere la autoritatea de supraveghere din România, ANSPDCP, sau la autoritatea din țara ta. Cererile despre datele publicitare se adresează cel mai bine direct Google, prin linkurile de mai sus, pentru că noi nu deținem niciodată aceste date.

Copii

fratic.io este un site pentru publicul larg. Nu colectăm cu bună știință date personale de la nimeni, nici de la copii.

Modificări

Actualizăm această pagină și data din partea de sus atunci când se schimbă felul în care site-ul tratează datele.
