LAST UPDATED 13 September 2026
These terms apply to fratic.io (fratic.io), published by S.C. FRATIC S.R.L. (“Fratic”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. They are short and written in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
S.C. FRATIC S.R.L., a Romanian company (CUI 54343334, Reg. Com. J2026020007003), Str. Seneslav Voievod 43, Sector 2, București, România, contact@fratic.io.
Using the site
The site is provided for information and for the use described on its pages. You may browse it and use its features for their intended purpose. You may not attack it, overload it, scrape it, or use it to break any law. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.
Intellectual property
Everything on the site (text, design, code, images, and the Fratic name and logo) belongs to S.C. FRATIC S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Copying, redistribution, or reuse requires our written permission. Anything you create with the site's own tools is yours.
Third-party services
The site may link to or load services run by others (for example Apple's App Store, Google, Cloudflare). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
Our apps
Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your purchase, licence, refunds, and updates are governed by Apple's terms and by each app's own terms and privacy policy, not by this page.
Custom work
Software we build for clients is governed by a written contract between us and the client. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a promise of availability; a project starts only when both sides sign.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work carefully, but we do not promise that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law, including your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we treat data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in București, unless you are a consumer with a right to your own courts. Consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC, use alternative dispute resolution (SAL), or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
We update this page and the date at the top when the terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
